Spent Christmas here and it was a wonderful experience. the staff made us feel very welcome and the festive decorations added to the holiday atmosphere. the Turkish-style breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and local specialties. the location was perfect, as we were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. it was great to have tea and coffee available in the room.
The wifi was a bit weak and unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected with family back home during the holidays. the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but this is just personal preference.

The hotel is located in the city center which is near to shopping centers, cheap transportation facilities and 10 minutes walk to beach. The breakfast was not great but satisfactory and enough.
The staff working at reception was not well trained with english and we had communication problems. The room and service were not very clean, even at the first day of our stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a sweet, clean, and comfortable room. The room had all the necessary facilities and even a wide balcony where I could enjoy the fine evening view. The breakfast, although not an open buffet, was delicious and provided a traditional Turkish breakfast plate. The staff was great, always helpful and accommodating. this hotel was a great choice for its cleanliness, location close to everything in the city, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

A good budget variant for a stay in Kemer, close to the center and not far from the sea. Clean and safe room, sufficient breakfast.

During my recent New Year's stay, I was pleased with the friendly staff who offered a warm welcome drink upon arrival and served a delicious Turkish-style breakfast every morning. The location was also convenient, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by various shops and restaurants. the rooms were equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and had a balcony with a nice view.
The wifi was unreliable and slow during my stay, making it difficult to stay connected. the room service was not up to par as my room was not cleaned during my entire three-night stay.

Hotel is small but clean and quiet. I liked the cuisine at the cafe/bar/restaurant downstairs, the food was fresh and tasty. Very friendly staff and helpful too. I was late for the airport bus last day and the chief of the restaurant helped me walk the way til the destination point. Very gratetul for that!
For those people who eat in the mornings, breakfasts (I had them included in the room price) will probably be poor.

The Avlu Hotel in Kemer provided a sweet, clean, and comfortable room. The restaurant was nicely arranged and the hotel had a well-designed interior. I loved the wide balcony that offered a beautiful evening view. All the facilities in the room were in good condition. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Clock Tower.
Hard to think of anything.

I am afraid the fact that they could not send an overseas fax properly there was a resultant confusion in contractual negotiations. My reputation was discredited, I was barred from entering the Kemar marina because this document was not sent. If services are offered they should be done in a functional and business like fashion otherwise it is best to say there is a fax service at the phone shop opposite the beach. The key staff were absent a lot of the time and the promised internet service in the room worked inconsistently at about 35% of the time. I had to go outside the hotel to pay for services promised by the hotel. The Hotel must train its staff and find a reliable isp. The food was very average and communication was difficult If these matters were attended to, I might return as the staff were friendly and the room was clean.
Re the yes no below only if there was improvement
